DESCRIPTION:

We are delighted to announce the commencement of registrations to the Official Launch Event of the ‘EHPM Guidelines for food supplement companies on the management of adverse event reports’. This exclusive event will take place at Le Louise Hotel Brussels – MGallery Hotel Collection, located at Avenue de la Toison d’Or, 40, B-1050 Brussels, on Thursday, 29th February, from 10:00 to 15:00.

During this significant gathering, EHPM Chairperson, Antonino Santoro, will present the EHPM Guidelines, and National Authorities and companies will share their experiences and perspectives, providing attendees with a unique opportunity to participate in a constructive dialogue on post-market vigilance systems for food supplements. We are pleased to confirm the participation of the Belgian and of the Italian Authorities as honoured speakers, presenting insights into the their respective post-market vigilance system. Their presentations will be followed by the practical experiences of two EHPM members. The event will conclude with a networking lunch. The programme is available at the link above.

The event is free of charge, however, since at previous EHPM in-person events we have noticed a high “no-show” rate, we have decided to charge a “no-show” fee of EUR 100 (+VAT), invoiced in the eventuality of non-attendance.
