With a strong background in food and taste research, he previously served as a Regulatory Affairs Manager and Scientific Advisor at NATURAMedicatrix, where he oversaw the entire food supplement manufacturing process and ensured compliance across multiple European markets. At EHPM, Anthony-Damien leverages his scientific expertise and practical industry experience to support the federation’s scientific advocacy, contributing to the secretariat and addressing key sector challenges such as botanicals , novel food and maximum levels.
